Order Processing:(shipping)
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Some orders may take up to 6 weeks to complete. Our goal is to process and ship orders between one to three days.
All orders will be promptly replied to with status and full shipping information. Our carrier of choice is UPS. Our web site quotes an estamated shipping fee bassed on UPS published rates. We reserve the right the change site quoted fees, upon your aprovel. International orders will be shipped USPS Global Express. Complete tracking information will be provided on all orders.
RETURNS:(shipping)
Many of our products have factory warranties, and is the consumers responsability to follow through with registration of the product, and at thier required shipping policy.
Some of our products may be returned to CJs at the consumers shipping expence in exchange for a replacement, based on our ability to obtain return credit on the product from our distributors.
We vow to satisfy our customers need and be as fair as possible on returns and warranty issues. |
