How Does It Work?

4, 6, 8,or 10 Impulzer Blocks (matching the engine cylinders)
 

The mechanical distributor or electronic modulator generate impulses and are picked up by the Impulzer blocks that are attached to the distributor wires.

The Impulzer blocks transfer these energy impulses from the firing cylinder to the non-firing cylinders.

The energy impulses (negative charged atoms) cause a partial break down of the larger hydrocarbon molecules in the gas vapors prior to ignition in each combustion chamber.

The results are a higher efficiency burn, which in turn reduces emissions; carbon deposits, increases gas mileage and reduces engine wear.

This product does not alter the original MFG's equiptment. If removed, no permenant damaged will be done to any wires, when installed as directed.

Installation Instructions:

Impulzer is very easy to install. We offer free instalation in the city of San Antonio, Tx. There are other certified installers around the world. Too become a wholesaler and certified installer, please contact us for more information. Our simple design makes it easy for all to install.

1. Impulzer block top view with white dot towards distributor cap. Always install Impulzer Blocks in a none slip grip with at least 1 inch clearence between Blocks and Distributor Cap .
  

2.Clamp Impulzer Block with distributor wire embedded inside block.

3. Tie Impulzer block with 2 tie wraps (included) threaded through 2 - 1/8 holes. 
 
4.Ajust Impulzer blocks with tie wraps looped and ready to lock. Make sure white dot is towards the coil or distributor at 1 inch away.
 

5.Tighten wrap clamps on Impulzer blocks with tie wraps in non slip grip and secured to distributor wire. 
 

Make sure distributor wires are not worn out, if they are, replace wires before installing Impulzer. High voltage leaks can occur when insulation on high voltage distributor wires are worn out.

Distributor wires can rub on hot metal engine parts and deteriorate causing arcing between wires and engine.

Do not Install the Gas Impulzer if engine is miss firing due to worn out distributor wires. If you install the Gas Impulzer with wires that are arcing you will damage the Gas Impulzer, always install the Impulzer blocks 1inch from distributor cap.

Insert ignition wire or coil on plug supply wires into the Impulzer Block open channel with white dot on block pointing towards Distributor Cap. White dot towards coil on coil on plug system Impulzer Blocks must be as close as possible to distributor cap or power pack.  keep blocks staggered and separated from each other they must not touch or be next to each other or close to exhaust manifold.

If blocks are installed too close to each other they can reduce your gas mileage. Take two tie wraps for each Impulzer block and slip tie wrap through 1/8" hole provided at the bottom each Impulzer block.

Be sure to pull tie wrap as tight & snug so as to crimp the ignition wire or coil supply wires. Impulzer blocks must be locked on to the distributor wire or coil plug wires. Impulzer Blocks must not be able to slip and or slide on the wires.

Tips:

Twist the block 1/4" if the wire twist with the block then you have done a good job.
Keep Impulzer Blocks away from each other, stagger blocks if you need to, keep Impulzer Blocks 1 inch from distributor cap.
Make sure white dot is pointing towards the Distributor Cap.
On a coil on plug the white dot is pointing towards coil.
There are no distributor wires on a coil on plug system.

Impulzer will not work to its peak performance if you have:

1. Clogged Air Filter (Replaced Air Filter when you install Gas Impulzer).
2. Low on engine oil or coolant for radiator.
3. Low air pressure on tires or wheels out of balance.
4. Worn out spark plugs
5. Worn out distributor wires
6. Rear axle low on oil
7. Transmission low on oil
8. Clogged oxygen sensor, located 1 before catalytic converter and 1 after.

On some vehicles there can be as many as 8 - O2 Sensors. ( O2 - Oxygen Sensors)Contact your repair man or dealer to know for sure.
(Oxygen sensor controls air fuel mixture and very critical to fuel mileage efficiency).

Replace Oxygen Sensor after 30,000 miles if your vehicle was mfg. from 1980 to 1990, Replace Oxygen Sensor after 60,000 miles if your vehicle was mfg from 1990 to 2000, Replace Oxygen Sensor after 100,000 miles if your vehicle was mfg. after 2001.

Have a certified technician check your O2 sensors, spark plug wires, and distributor cap for wear. The newer these items are the better your results will be.

Warning may cause arcing on older vehicles:

Ruff Idle: Worn out distributor wires may cause arcing but may not be visible to the naked eye, please have wires tested for voltage leaks before installing Impulzer, make sure you have at least 1 inch clearence between Impulzer Blocks and Distributor Cap. When cleaning engine with a de-greaser you must remove Impulzer, active ingrediance in de-greaser will destroy Impulzer Blocks and Impulzer will not work.
