All orders are processed in the order they are received. Some orders may take up to 6 weeks to complete. Our goal is to process and ship orders between 1 to 3 days.
All orders will be promptly replied to with status and full shipping information. Our carrier of choice is UPS. International orders will be shipped USPS Global Express. Complete tracking information will be provided on all orders.

We are sorry, but the return policy does not include the return shipping and handling charges. Many of our products have manufacturer warranties, which will be honored by the manufacturer, on their terms, providing the warranty card was promptly filled out and registered
